Why we do business the way we do
Trade is built on documents, contracts, and prices. But after more than two decades in this business, we have learned that lasting partnerships are built on something simpler — trust.
Integrated Investments was established in 2009, but our family’s involvement in Bangladesh’s agricultural trade began in 1998. What we do today — supplying sesame seeds and oil, jute, peanuts, rubber sheet, and other agricultural commodities to buyers across Asia, the Middle East, and Turkey — is built on decades of practical experience and values passed from one generation to the next. We believe reputation is earned slowly, and protected carefully.
Quality begins long before a container reaches the port. We operate our own processing facility under in-house quality control, with warehousing in both Chattogram and Dhaka, close enough to the port to move quickly. Freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipping are handled in-house too, through our affiliated logistics operations — more on that here.
If a shipment doesn’t meet the agreed specification, we tell you before the goods leave our control — not after. Our objective has never been to become the largest exporter. Our goal is to become a supplier you can rely on year after year.
